Michigan quote of the day
Trae Taylor continues to develop really well. His arm talent was eye-popping at this event. Alongside a quick release, the ball flew out of his hand and he placed passes well. Taylor layered throws perfectly on a few throws I saw, taking a bit of speed off the ball when he needed to. He definitely had one of the most powerful arms at the camp and that velocity did not drop on the run.
The Michigan quarterback target was pretty flawless Saturday, making quick decisions and keeping the ball out of harms way. Sunday was rockier for his team overall, and he did throw an interception. His frame is also starting to fill out 6-3, 190 pounds. As Chip Lindsey sets the 2027 quarterback board, the Lake In The Hills (Illi.) Carmel Catholic star looks like an easy priority.
