The biggest day on the recruiting calendar has arrived for the 2025 class: National Signing Day.
Prospects across the country will sign with the schools of their choice, with many set to enroll early for the spring semester. But there’s still plenty of excitement to come with commitments, flips and more unexpected news in the next few days.

Ducks signee making his pitch to a few other prospects

Oregon Five-Star Plus+ receiver signee Dakorien Moore inked with the Ducks this morning, but he is putting on his recruiter hat this afternoon.
Moore tweeted at both five-star DL Jahkeem Stewart and four-star tight end Andrew Olesh, encouraging them to choose the Ducks.
Oregon pulls off a pair of 5-star shockers

There are few coaches who close on the recruiting trail like Dan Lanning, and Wednesday was another example of that. In addition to holding off Florida to keep 5-star wideout Dallas Wilson in the class, Oregon flipped On3 five-star quarterback Jaron Keawe-Sagapolutele from Cal and Five-Star Plus+ CB Na’eem Offord from Auburn within minutes of each other.
Offord left plenty of intrigue until the final second, appearing behind a projector screen with an Auburn hat on before tossing into the crowd and putting on an Oregon one.
The addition of those two pushes the Ducks to No. 2 nationally in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
Majority of nation’s five-stars are signed

As we hit noon on the East Coast, the vast majority of the five-star recruits who came into the day committed are now signed. Among those still outstanding are: QB Bryce Underwood (Michigan), QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele (Cal), DL Elijah Griffin (Georgia), OT David Sanders Jr. (Tennessee), EDGE Isaiah Gibson (Georgia), CB DJ Pickett (LSU).
Uncommitted five-star DL Jahkeem Stewart is set to announce his decision around 1pm ET.
Ole Miss looking to add a coveted receiver target

Lane Kiffin and the Rebels are hoping to add to their stable of wide receivers, and they’re trending for four-star Winston Watkins ahead of his decision.
Multiple picks have gone in Ole Miss’ favor this morning. Watkins has previously been committed to both Texas A&M and Colorado.
Change of plans for Auburn 4-star CB commit

After initially planning to wait until Friday to announce his final decision between Auburn, Alabama and Vanderbilt, four-star cornerback Donovan Starr tells On3’s Chad Simmons he will instead go public on Wednesday.
Starr is committed to the Tigers, but has taken a long look at both of the other programs. As of last night, Alabama was considered the slight favorite to land him.
Oregon gaining steam with Five-Star Plus+ CB

While Auburn has been seen as the biggest threat to flip Five-Star Plus+ CB Na’eem Offord, in the 11th hour there is plenty of momentum behind Oregon, according to On3’s Chad Simmons and Steve Wiltfong.
The Ducks have long been a dark horse in this one. There is less confidence around the Tigers’ staff than there was a few hours ago, according to On3’s Chad Simmons.
Latest intel on Five-Star Plus+ OT David Sanders

There has been no shortage of excitement around Five-Star Plus+ offensive tackle and Tennessee commit David Sanders in recent weeks. He took a late visit to Ohio State a few weeks ago, then was expected back in Columbus for the Michigan game. But ultimately he didn’t show for that.
The latest buzz has been around him sticking with the Volunteers, but it it is possible he will not sign Wednesday, according to On3’s Steve Wiltfong. Sanders has yet to submit his paperwork, and head coach Josh Heupel’s press conference is set for 1:30 p.m. and if he can discuss Sanders.
Regardless, Sources indicate it’s nothing to worry about regarding his commitment to the Vols. His high school coach, Chad Grier, told Wiltfong that Sanders plans to have his signing ceremony next week with other teammates.
“We have four kids doing it, and it worked out best with everyone’s schedule,” said Grier. “I think everyone is signing today and doing recognition next Tuesday.”
Tough decision ahead for 4-star TE Andrew Olesh

Four-star Michigan tight end commit Andrew Olesh is set to sign on Friday is still deciding between Michigan, Oregon and Penn State.
“He’s still undecided,” Olesh’s father George told On3’s Steve Wiltfong. “He slept on it. He’s at school right now. He’s not giving any indication at this point. I feel there is probably 25 percent chance or better for all three schools depending on the school.”
A decision is expected Wednesday or Thursday with the signing on Friday.
“I told him to not feel pressured to make a decision because his announcement is Friday,” Olesh’s father added. “I’m letting him go, and there was additional information I got this morning. I think he’s processing everything. It’s real close for all three schools.”
Washington gets a blue-chip wideout

The Huskies have been quiet on the trail this year, but got a big addition on Wednesday when four-star wideout Marcus Harris announced his commitment.
Harris was a pledge to Oklahoma since the summer, but the two sides parted ways earlier this week, and Washington jumped on the chance to add him to their class.
Miami pulls off a shocker

Mario Cristobal and Co. have taken some hits down the stretch of this class, but got a major win on Wednesday when four-star Tampa (Fla.) Armwood linebacker Kellen Wiley chose the Hurricanes.
Texas had been considered the heavy favorite heading into his announcement, but Miami is keeping the No. 7 linebacker in the country.
Missouri trending to flip 4-star TE from Nebraska

Eli Drinkwitz and Co. are trending for a big day, and that now includes four-star athlete Jeremiah Jones, a Nebraska commit.
The Tigers have made a big push this fall, but Jones announced last month he was sticking with the Huskers. But On3’s Steve Wiltfong has logged a prediction for the Tigers to pull off the flip.
Wiltfong adds that the Tigers still feel good about landing elite EDGE Javion Hilson as well.

Junior college four-star recruit Zavion Hardy flipped his commitment from Mississippi State to South Carolina in a key win for the Gamecocks.
Hardy, the No. 1 JUCO recruit in the country, was committed to the Gamecocks back in the 2023 class before going to East Mississippi Community College.

On3’s Chad Simmons and Steve Wiltfong have teamed up and logged expert predictions for Tennessee to flip USC 4-star LB commit Jadon Perlotte. The Vols have been in his recruitment for more than a year and were at one point the favorite to flip him from Georgia.
After he pledged to the Trojans instead, they never let off the gas and will now add him to a top-10 class.

According to On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons, both Auburn and Florida State continue to push for Georgia 4-star RB commit Ousmane Kromah.
“FSU is still in it with Kromah,” he said. “A source said Auburn is working hard too, but not to sleep on the ‘Noles.”
Oregon, Kansas State battling over TE Linkon Cure

The momentum has been around Oregon in recent weeks for Kansas State tight end Linkon Cure. But with his final decision expected Wednesday, the Wildcats aren’t going down without a fight, per On3’s Steve Wiltfong.
“The Ducks had momentum coming out of the weekend, it’s a place that has everything he’s looking for highlighted by a culture centered around winning championships,” Wiltfong says. “But the pull to stay home and loyal to his commitment to the Wildcats still weighs on him.”

Wilson has been locked in with the Ducks since January 2023, but the local schools aren’t giving up on this one and might be gaining some traction with his decision expected today.
