Michigan center Vladislav Goldin proposes to girlfriend on court after loss vs. Michigan State

Michigan big man Vladislav Goldin didn’t allow the Wolverines’ 75-62 loss to Michigan State on Friday to dampen his spirits. After the game, Goldin proposed to his girlfriend, Camryn Vogler, on the court.

“Said he’d been keeping the ring in the locker room since he got it,” Detroit Free Press’ Tony Garcia wrote on X. “And yes, she’d been pressuring him (lovingly) more than a year.”

Despite ending up on the losing end of the rivalry showdown, Vladislav Goldin tallied 21 points and five rebounds against the Spartans. He’ll have a chance to exact revenge against Michigan State on March 9, when the two teams face off again in their regular-season finale.

The heated battle on Friday was Goldin’s first time playing in the rivalry game. He transferred to Michigan this offseason after spending three seasons at FAU and his freshman year at Texas Tech.

Goldin has been key to Michigan’s success this season. He is leading the team in scoring with 15.7 points per game on 64% shooting. He’s also averaging 6.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks a night.
