Miami Hurricanes mascot roasted after asking for reporter’s number during Syracuse loss

Ibis, the mascot of the Miami Hurricanes, apparently had his mind elsewhere during the loss for The ‘U this weekend.

Ashley Wenskoski of CNY Central tweeted during the fourth quarter of the 42-38 loss for Miami at Syracuse on Saturday that Ibis hit on her mid-game and asked for her number.

“Sebastian the Ibis (Miami’s mascot) just kneeled down and asked for my number mid-drive,” Wenskoski wrote on Twitter. “Feels like he has bigger things to worry about with his team on the ropes in the 4th quarter at the Dome…but who am I to say.”
