Matt Rhule reveals Isaiah Neyor, Micah Mazzccua will not play for Nebraska in Pinstripe Bowl

The Nebraska Cornhuskers will be without a pair of senior offensive stalwarts for the Pinstripe Bowl vs. Boston College, according to head coach Matt Rhule.

Rhule announced senior receiver Isaiah Neyor and senior offensive lineman Micah Mazzccua won’t participate in the Cornhuskers’ upcoming bowl game after opting out to prepare for the 2025 NFL Draft, according to HuskeryOnline’s Sean Callahan.

Neyor, who finished the regular season as Nebraska’s second-leading receiver with 34 receptins for 455 yards and a team-high five touchdowns this season, will turn his attention to draft preparations, while Mazzccua recently underwent shoulder surgery.

Mazzccua appeared in nine games this season, including a pair of starts at right guard, while serving as the Huskers’ sixth offensive lineman.
