LSU catches eye of 2025 OT Dramodd Odoms
LSU offered 2025 Houston (Tex.) Lamar offensive tackle Dramodd Odoms earlier this spring. It was a big offer for the four-star prospect and one he’s always kept a close eye on.
“LSU is a special place. It’s close to home. The coaches are very cool,” Odoms told On3. “They have a winning mentality and that’s what I’m looking for. They have a fast offense, no-huddle type offense. They love to spread the ball around.”
Offensive line coach Brad Davis extended an offer to him and the Baton Rouge native impressed Odoms.
“He was telling me we are looking for elite players not just good. Told me keep working and listen to my coaches. He asked me what do I like to do outside of football,” Odoms said. “He’s real. From them time I spent talking to him, he’s seems like a down-to-earth guy that seems very intense at the same time.”
Baylor, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Wake Forest, Ole Miss and West Virginia are the programs he’s talking with the most. He knows what he’s looking whenever he makes a decision.
“A team with a winning tradition and a team that can develop me in to a NFL tackle.”
Texas A&M leads the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine for the 6-6, 305-pound offensive lineman. According to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Odoms is the No. 109 overall prospect in the country and No. 12 offensive tackle in the nation.
On3 has him even higher, ranking him inside the Top 75 overall prospects and as the No. 8 offensive tackle.
