Live Updates: Tennessee seeks series-win over Texas A&M in midday challenge
Tennessee has a chance to secure its first Southeastern Conference series-win of the young season on Saturday with a noon first pitch against Texas A&M.
The Vols (17-6, 1-3 SEC) handled the Aggies (15-7, 1-3 SEC) 10-4 in game on Friday. The home team tacked on five runs in the bottom of the first and never looked back, giving starter Chase Dollander plenty of breathing room as he settled in.
Today, it’ll be Chase Burns (2-1) taking on the lefty Troy Wansing (2-1). The game will be televised nationally on ESPN 2.
