After a 14-4 run-rule victory Friday, the Florida Gators look to win their first SEC road series on Saturday night at Mississippi State.

The Gators had the tying run on the hot corner with leadoff hitter Bobby Boser, who was walked, advanced to third and stranded. King pitched a 1-2-3 frame and he’s up to four strikeouts.
End of 2nd: Mississippi State 2, Florida 1
The Bulldogs loaded the bases on King after a hit batter, a single and a walk, receiving a mound visit from Kevin O’Sullivan, but he pitched out of the jam. Siary tossed a 1-2-3 inning for Mississippi State.
End of 1st: Mississippi State 2, Florida 1
The Gators got on the board first after Blake Cyr singled to center field to score Brendan Lawson, who hit a two-out double. But the Bulldogs took the lead when Aidan King gave up a two-run homer to Noah Sullivan.
