Kirk Herbstreit shares touching letter from President Joe Biden following passing of Ben

Kirk Herbstreit’s powerful relationship with his late Golden retriever, Ben, touched plenty of hearts all across the college football world and beyond.

It even made it to the White House.

Outgoing President Joe Biden sent the ESPN and College GameDay analyst a touching personally-signed letter honoring Ben and expressing appreciation and compassion for Herbstreit’s loss.

Herbstreit announced the passing of Ben in early November following a lengthy cancer battle.
