Kentucky Offers 2027 Western Hills ATH Juju Harmon

Kentucky has a lot of history with Western Hills (Frankfort, KY) High School. It’s the alma mater of former UK wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, and the Cats also recently picked up a commitment from Western Hills defensive lineman Javeon Campbell.

Now, a new target is emerging at Western Hills and his name is Juju Harmon. Kentucky associate head coach Vince Marrow contacted the 6-foot-3, 195-pound strong safety and wide receiver through his coaches to extend an offer.

“He talked about how he doesn’t usually offer rising sophomores, but he’s going to give me a chance,” Harmon told KSR+. “He said he told the same thing to Wan’Dale Robinson and he wants me to turn up this year too.I was just trying to stay focused because I’ve still got a lot to improve on.”

Harmon doesn’t know a lot about the Kentucky program yet. Since he is new to the Western Hills program, he hasn’t even seen Campbell play. However, he does admire some things about the UK program.

“I like their coaching staff and the loyalty they show,” he said. “I haven’t really gotten to see the defensive scheme yet. I don’t really know how I’d fit in yet. I’m going to try and study it. I’ll see what they run.”

Harmon said he wants to take a visit to Kentucky but hasn’t planned one yet. He wants to see the facilities, campus, locker rooms, practice facilities, and more.

His Wider Recruitment

Juju Harmon has recently received offers from Eastern Kentucky and UK. He’s also hearing from Kent State.

“It’s been fun,” he said. “I just have to stay focused, keep on getting offers, and keep on getting better.”

Harmon said he plans to go to a Marshall camp at some point this summer. He also wants to visit schools such as Florida, Georgia Tech, Michigan, and Tennessee.

“I’m looking at it their scheme fits me and if they’re good coaches,” he said. “I’m also looking for a program that wants to win. I’m there to win.”

Juju Harmon’s Game

2027 athlete Juju Harmon of Western Hill (KY) plays strong safety at the high school level but has shown to play both sides of the field. It’s one of his best attributes.

“I can play any position on defense,” he said. “I can be a versatile player for any team.”

Harmon is looking to get faster and improve his pass coverage. He also wants to improve in man-to-man schemes.

“It’s only my second season at safety, so I’m getting better at that,” he said. “I’m improving my all-around game.”
