Josh Allen reveals hilarious reason that lead official Bill Vinovich chastised him on the bench

The pressure obviously picks up in the playoffs. One play today in the final game of the AFC Wild Card, though, had an official all the on the sideline trying to have Josh Allen take it easy.

Following the 31-7 win for the Buffalo Bills over the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Allen explained what happened in a moment where cameras caught Bill Vinovich, the game’s lead official, talking to him over off on the bench. He said Vinovich had come over to him to get him to calm down on a flag that had not been thrown on what he felt was a penalty.

“Josh Allen on this scene said he was yelling a lot that a penalty should’ve been called & ref came over to tell him to calm it down,” Cameron Wolfe of the NFL Network tweeted postgame.
