Joe Evans excited to play the Spartans

The first Iowa game that Joe Evans ever attended was the Hawkeyes double overtime thrilling win over Michigan State back in 2007. He was seven years old and officially hooked on Iowa football. Fast forward to many years later and Evans will be lining up at defensive end for the Hawkeyes when they host the Spartans under the lights at Kinnick Stadium.

Evans talks about that experience at Kinnick that day and seeing the Hawkeyes win. He talks about watching Iowa and Michigan State do battle in 2015 for a Big Ten title and how excited he is to play at home against them this weekend.
