Notre Dame looked like the clear-cut leader for Andrews entering the football season. However, after a return visit to Utah for the Aug. 31 Florida game, the schools out West have tightened this race.
Andrews plans to make a The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) mission, delaying his enrollment until 2026. Still, coach Marcus Freeman showed him he was a priority by stopping by his high school on Jan. 25.
