Back to back podcasts. This time it’s Tom Kakert and Kyle Huesmann and they were joined by Iowa women’s basketball stars Sydney Affolter and Kylie Feuerbach about the upcoming season. We discuss the Crossover at Kinnick coming up in a little over a week and how practice has gone so far this fall. We also talka bout their trip overseas and expectations for the season. 

Then Kyle and Tom discuss Iowa women’s basketball media day and what we learned. What did Cailtlin Clark say about potentially coming back for a fifth year? What’s the feeling around this team and how are they approaching trying to make another Final Four run? What will some of the lineups look like? 

Finally we talk about Kyle about a huge field hockey game coming up on Friday. Iowa was #1 in the country until last week and they face their biggest rival, Northwestern.
