Georgia Football: 2023 Fall Camp Central

Football season is finally here! Georgia coaches and players are back in Athens for the start of fall camp in preparation for the 2023 season – one in which they’ll be looking to accomplish something that hasn’t been done since the 1930s.

Over the final month leading up to kickoff on September 2nd against UT-Martin, the Bulldogs will go to battle with themselves. In the heat of a Peach State summer, Kirby Smart and the rest of his staff will put the team to the test to find out what they’ve got. Starting spots are up for grabs on the offensive line, in the secondary and of course under center while competition is sure to be had everywhere on the field to determine the top Dawgs.

Wednesday, August 2nd

Georgia players will report to camp today in the Classic City, and reporters will hear from Kirby Smart to get things started in the afternoon. It was just over two weeks ago that Smart and three players (Brock Bowers, Kamari Lassiter and Sedrick Van Pran) addressed the media in Nashville at SEC Media Days, answering many of the biggest questions. However, there are sure to be more talking points that come out of the opening press conference to the 2023 season.
