Gators’ Will Harris set to host several defensive backs; new OV set

Gators Online has learned of several prospects in the secondary who are visiting Florida on Friday.

Two of them represent the 2025 class, including Miami Northwestern cornerback Antonio Branch.

Just over a week ago, Florida secondary coach Will Harris was in Miami-Dade to visit the 4-star prospect. He previously attended Booker T. Washington and is former teammates with legacy target Ben Hanks Jr.

We were previously told the 6-foot-2 Branch was one to monitor. Now, he will be on campus tomorrow and another time this summer, as an official visit is set for June 14-16.

Nebraska received an official visit on April 26.

Additional offers for Branch include Michigan, Miami, Florida State, Auburn and Penn State. The Gators, however, boast the highest odds in the RPM.

Bushnell (Fla.) South Sumter cornerback George Mullins, also standing 6-foot-2, is the other junior defensive back expected in Gainesville on Friday.

Could the 3-star prospect land an offer while on campus? It’s definitely possible.

Those who have offered Mullins include Michigan State, Oregon State, UCF, Illinois, Michigan State, West Virginia and Louisville.

One 2026 prospect to monitor for the Gators is Winter Garden (Fla.) West Orange safety Devin Jackson.

In fact, I submitted an early RPM prediction for Florida last fall.

Jackson attended nearly every home game a season ago and returned this spring too. Now, he is set for another up-close look on Friday.

After meeting Will Harris in March, Jackson reaffirmed that Florida is the strong leader in his recruitment. That was key. He is also former teammates with Gators safety Jordan Castell and views him as a mentor.

Jackson, a 3-star prospect, checks in as On3’s 30th-ranked safety.
