Fran Fraschilla on Chennedy Carter hard foul on Caitlin Clark: ‘If I were coaching, we’d be knocking her a** back to China’
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever got their second win of the season on Saturday against the Chicago Sky, but much of the postgame chatter around the game has been about the confrontation between Chennedy Carter and Caitlin Clark. Many different media personalities have chimed in, siding with Clark, after watching what they viewed as a cheap shot from Carter. Fran Fraschilla sounded off on Twitter, saying, ‘If I were coaching, we’d be knocking her a** back to China.”
“Clark’s tough enough to handle this (and the jealousy will abate soon) but if I were coaching the Indiana Fever, we’d be knocking Carter’s a– back to China where she played after playing herself out of the league the first time,” Fraschilla tweeted.
Clark and the Fever got their second win of the 2024 season on Saturday afternoon, with a 71-70 win. Clark chipped in 11 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Angel Reese had eight points and 13 rebounds for the Sky. Chennedy Carter finished with 19 points, six assists, and four rebounds.
