Elite 2026 CB J’Vari Flowers set to reclassify to 2025

Miami (Fla.) Northwestern 2026 four-star cornerback J’Vari Flowers is reclassifying to the Class of 2025 and will join a college program this summer, according to multiple reports.

Flowers is one of the top prospects in the rising senior class and was a standout at this month’s Under Armour All-America Bowl in Orlando among a number top recruits.

“He was the most dominant defensive back from start to finish at Under Armour,” On3 National Scout Cody Bellaire wrote after the event. “From Day 1 he started off strong with multiple pass breakups during the team and 7-on-7 periods. He followed up a strong Day 1 of practice with an even stronger Day 2, collecting two pass breakups and an interception during the team period. Flowers solidified his spot as a top performer in Thursday’s game, making an acrobatic interception off of K.J. Lacey, jumping a quick screen. He later came down with a late-game pass breakup, saving a touchdown. The Miami native’s instincts, and ability to mirror and play the ball at the catch point allowed for him to put on a show in Orlando.”

The 5-foot-10, 160-pounder is the No. 66 overall recruit in the 2026 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also ranks as the nation’s No. 7 cornerback and No. 10 prospect in Florida.
