Early Look: Penn State’s visitor list for season opener against West Virginia

Penn State is just 10 days out from its most anticipated season since 2017. With the Nittany Lions starting in the Top 10 in multiple polls, James Franklin’s team is popular pick by many to potentially win the Big Ten and make the College Football Playoff for the first time.

The success they’ve had in recruiting is a major reason they’re in this position, as PSU’s Class of 2022 – which finished seventh overall – is starting to litter the depth chart. But in order to keep that success going, Penn State has to take advantage of this year’s schedule, as its games against West Virginia and Iowa present excellent opportunities to showcase Beaver Stadium and everything Happy Valley has to offer to recruits.
