Dez Bryant wins $62K on ridiculous March Madness parlay

Dez Bryant enjoyed his March Madness weekend, winning over $62,000 on an 8 Leg parlay on Fanatics Sportsbook. On X/Twitter, Bryant shared the bet he made, and he hit on all eight games. The former Dallas Cowboys receiver made bets on five of the women’s March Madness games and three of the men’s games.
“If it’s all green, you know what it means!” Bryant wrote in the post that also shows that he made a wager of $4,000. That’s a big win for Bryant, but March Madness hasn’t been all fun for him. Last weekend, Bryant revealed that he lost $100,000 after Drake defeated Missouri.
Dez Bryant seems to be enjoying life after football. The 36-year-old played 11 seasons in the NFL and was named to the Pro Bowl three times. He was also selected to the All-Pro First Team in 2014 after catching 88 passes for 1,320 yards and 16 touchdowns during his fifth season with the Cowboys.
Dez Bryant shares thoughts on Cowboys’ new head coach
Bryant was with the Cowboys from 2010 to 2017 and holds the franchise record for the most receiving touchdowns in a career (73). Since retiring from the NFL, the former Oklahoma State star has been outspoken about his former team, specifically when the Cowboys hired Brian Schottenheimer as their head coach.
“I would’ve gone Ben Johnson, I like him,” Bryant said in February, per Yahoo Sports. “I would’ve even gone Prime (Deion Sanders). But with Jerry [Jones], there’s no way they would’ve gone after somebody like Prime, too big of a personality. But Ben Johnson, if anything. Kliff [Kingsbury], I would’ve given him anything he wanted.”
“It feels like everybody is in a comfort zone, and that’s not what we need. We got the biggest franchise in sports, and we’re acting like we’re this poverty franchise for whatever reason.”
Bryant added, “I think they’re rebuilding, and it sucks,” he said. “It sucks for guys like Micah [Parsons], CeeDee [Lamb]. That’s just my opinion…I don’t like the energy, I don’t like what’s going on in the Cowboys organization. We want to win. I’m speaking on behalf of the fans, what’s going on?”
