Christian McCaffrey injury: 49ers RB goes down on non-contact, limps to tent vs. Bills

Christian McCaffrey went down with a non-contact injury during the Sunday Night Football game between the San Francisco 49ers and Buffalo Bills. He was sent to the blue tent after going down with the injury before heading to the locker room.

The 49ers later announced that McCaffery suffered a knee injury. He is questionable to return.
