Chase Briscoe describes reaction to Christopher Bell leaking Joe Gibbs Racing announcement

Chase Briscoe will drive the No. 19 car for Joe Gibbs Racing next year, but everyone knew because Christopher Bell let it slip last week. During his press conference on Tuesday, Briscoe talked about Bell accidentally announcing the news before it was official.

“I think it’s the worst kept secret in the sport for a while,” Briscoe said. “Christopher I guess just couldn’t hold it in any longer. But it’s super exciting for me to come over here to an organization that I feel like this matches the values, and just the culture over here is just different than anywhere I’ve been before.”
