Carolina Panthers unveil jersey schedule for 2024 NFL season
There’s plenty of excitement surrounding the Carolina Panthers this fall. Fans are hoping their offensive line acquisitions this offseason can help make life easier on their offensive weapons. Not only that, they brought in Dave Canales as their new head coach. He’s the former offensive coordinator with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and helped engineer the best season of Baker Mayfield’s career thus far.
Panthers’ fans will hope he can do the same with quarterback Bryce Young, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. On Wednesday evening, Carolina gave their fans plenty of other reasons to be excited. They dropped the jersey schedule for the 2024 season for the franchise.
They’ll be wearing their blue uniforms in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons and in Week 10 against the New York Giants. They’ll be wearing their black jerseys in Week 9 against the Saints, Week 12 against the Chiefs, Week 13 against the Buccaneers, and Week 16 against the Cardinals.
The Panthers will also celebrate their 30th season this fall with a commemorative logo, which they unveiled back in May. Andrew Lind of sportslogos.net had a great description of the logo in his article.
“The logo is rather simple, prominently displaying a beveled No. 30 above a process blue ribbon that feature “Seasons” in between the dates of the Panthers’ inaugural season and the current year. Naturally, Carolina’s primary logo sits in the middle of the commemorative mark, which will appear on the left shoulder of the Panthers’ black home, white road and process blue alternate jerseys.”
