Boston College guard Chas Kelley has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3’s James Fletcher confirms. Kelley. He’s spent all three years of his college basketball career playing for the Eagles.

As of Wednesday, March 26, over 1,250 Men’s College Basketball players have entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. That number is expected to grow as the 2024-25 college basketball season nears its end.
