BOL Recruiting Nuggets: Intel from Alabama’s Champions Cook-Out Event

Ahead of a second multi-week dead period in the summer, Alabama rolled out the red carpet to over two dozen recruits this weekend. On Saturday, the Crimson Tide hosted their Champions Cook-Out event, which included a jersey photoshoot, a scavenger hunt, and more activities. It was the program’s second cook-out of the summer, and it certainly did not disappoint.

Bama played host to a pair of 2024 targets who are set to commit soon in Amari Jefferson (Aug. 5 commitment) and Daniel Hill (Aug. 23 commitment). Several priority rising juniors also stepped foot on campus, including Nashville (Tenn.) Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre. Most of Alabama’s verbal commits in the 2024, 2025, and 2026 classes were in town as well.
