Alabama hosting first official visitor wave this weekend
The University of Alabama had its first summer football camp on Thursday with several recruits, including four (confirmed) in the 2024 class, earning offers after their performance (On3+ subscription required). The Tide will host its second high school camp on Saturday. The practice fields and indoor facility may be packed with camp participants while the majority of focus off-the-field will center on official visitors.
Alabama was previously scheduled to host five targets this weekend. Terrrance Hibbler, four-star defensive lineman from Holmes County Central High School in Lexington, Mississippi, however, announced his commitment to Mississippi State on Thursday evening.
Below are the four confirmed official visitors:
Perry Thompson, Top 100 WR from Foley High School (Alabama commitment)Charles Lester, five-star DB from Venice High School in Fla. Caleb Odom, Top 100 TE from Carrollton HS in Ga.Cai Bates, Top 100 DB from Edgewater HS in Orlando, Fla.
