Mailbag Podcast: Is July still positioned to be a big month?

June is gone and July is here. With it, plenty of recruiting announcements will be made that Tennessee will be paying attention to. The question is, how much good news is headed its way?
The football team is back from the July 4 holiday and getting back into the final leg of summer workouts. Who is making gains over the summer and which underdog will be in position to help Tennessee the most this year?
The Volquest crew of Brent Hubbs, Rob Lewis, Eric Cain and Matt Ray discuss it all in this week’s edition of the mailbag podcast. It’s presented by Exterior Home Solutions. For a free estimate, give them a call at 865-524-5888.
Quote of the Pod on Tennessee
Matt Ray on William Satterwhite a couple of days out from his commitment date.
“This is one that continues to go back and forth. You continue to hear a little more Tennessee buzz the last couple of days and coming out of the weekend. I think for William Satterwhite, it’s about working through the process and trying to find one thing wrong with the school. He told me that a couple of different times about how if he could find one thing to separate one from the other, this would be over. He’s gone back and forth on this since the spring, so he felt like setting up a commitment date would allow him to really focus on it and work towards it. He’s going to do his best to keep people guessing, but I think there’s reason to be optimistic on the Tennessee side right now. Clemson, however, has not gave up hope yet either.”
