Frederick Douglass OL Zuri Madison enters transfer portal after one season at Arkansas
Lexington (Ky.) Frederick Douglass product Zuri Madison decided to start his collegiate career by signing with Arkansas in the 2024 high school recruiting cycle. The offensive lineman picked the Hogs over Miami and West Virginia.
But Madison is now on the move. The redshirt freshman with four years of eligibility remaining became a college football free agent this week.
Zuri Madison (6-3, 305) was high school teammates with multiple Kentucky players who came from Frederick Douglass. The three-star recruit was the No. 6 overall recruit in the Bluegrass State in the 2024 cycle trailing Jerod Smith II (Kentucky), Jacob Smith (Kentucky), Cutter Boley (Kentucky), Aba Selm (Kentucky), and Willie Rodriguez (Kentucky).
The spring transfer portal will officially close on Friday.
