Rusty’s Ramblings: Georgia making moves this weekend?

Based on everything I have heard in the last few hours, I am expecting five-star defensive lineman Williams Nwaneri in Athens within the next hour. Chad Simmons and I both wanted to be 100% on that him actually making his way to campus before we brought it up today.
This will be an unofficial visit and yes, that is a big deal. I am expecting a decision from him sometime before September. The Bulldogs have made a serious move for the elite talent this month, that’s for sure.
A couple of other big notes going into Saturday evening. I think UGA is in a VERY GOOD spot with a pair of defensive line prospects on campus right now. Those defensive linemen are Nnamdi Ogboko and Joseph Jonah-Ajoyne.
Both have measured in since arriving on the Georgia campus and here is what I have on them thus far…
Jonah-Ajonye came in at 6-foot-4, 275 pounds with 34-inch arms
Ogboko came in at 6-foot-4, 340 pounds with 34-inch arms
Another measurement a note for you…
Elyiss Williams arrived at 6-foot-6 233 pounds with an 85-inch wingspan. That’s pretty remarkable for a rising junior.
