Wade Taylor IV breaks all-time SEC Tournament career scoring record during game vs. Texas
In the second half of Texas A&M‘s showdown against Texas in the SEC Tournament, Aggies star Wade Taylor IV became the career scoring leader in the SEC Tournament. He surpassed former Tennessee guard Allan Houston, who totaled 187 points in nine games from 1990-93.
It’s only the latest piece of history for Taylor, who also became the Aggies’ all-time leading scorer in their regular-season finale win over LSU. In the victory, Taylor scored 17 points to improve his career total to 1,999 points.
