WATCH: Syd Affolter talks loss to Ohio State

Over the past month and a half, few teams have played basketball at a higher level than the Iowa Women’s Basketball team. The Hawkeyes earned a pair of wins at the Big Ten Tournament, but saw their run come up short of a fourth straight championship, falling to Ohio State in the quarterfinals on Friday night. Now, sitting with a 22-10 record, they’ll await Selection Sunday.

Iowa forward Syd Affolter met with the media after the loss to discuss some of the tough losses they’ve had this season, how the team performed against the Buckeyes and what lies ahead with the NCAA Tournament.
