Johnny Manziel’s mom, Michelle, arrested in Texas for DWI
The mother of former Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel, Michelle Manziel, was arrested on a DWI charge Saturday night in the family’s hometown of Kerrville, Texas, according to TMZ.
Michelle Manziel has been released from Kerrville police custody after posting a $7,500 bond, according to TMZ.
Johnny Manziel graduated from Kerrville’s Tivy High School in 2011 as the city’s most celebrated athlete after being named a Parade All-American and the Texas Mr. Football following a record-breaking 2010 season in which he combined for 77 total touchdowns on the season, including 30 rushing scores.
