5-star WR Tristen Keys locks in visits to LSU, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Michigan

LSU will be among the next stops on the recruiting trail for highly coveted 2026 wide receiver Tristen Keys.

The five-star prospect from Hattiesburg, Miss., shared his spring travel plans with On3’s Steve Wiltfong: Tennessee on March 10, LSU on March 18, Texas A&M on March 29 and Michigan on April 5.

Keys also previously told On3 he is working to lock in official visits this summer with a half-dozen programs, including the Tigers — along with Tennessee, Texas A&M, Miami, Alabama and Auburn.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound pass-catcher is a top-tier target at the position for coach Brian Kelly, co-offensive coordinators Cortez Hankton and Joe Sloan and company in Baton Rouge as they look to bolster an already-strong star to the receiver group in the 2026 class with in-state commitments from Kenny Darby (Airline) and Jakai Anderson (McDonogh 35).

Keys is the nation’s top-ranked wide receiver and No. 5 prospect overall in the 2026 class, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.

On3 wrote this of Keys following an impressive Under Armour All-America week at the beginning of the year:

“Keys turned in a strong week of practice at Under Armour, backed up by a solid showing in Thursday’s game. At 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with good length, he was one of the more physically-gifted pass-catchers on hand. Keys showcased a well-rouned technical skill set in Orlando. He was a standout on Day 1, showing the strong hands and the ability to finish through contact while working over the middle of the field. In addition to being a catch-point maven, Keys ran good rotues along with the capability to pick up yards after the catch. The Hattiesburg (Miss.) High standout made a few nice grabs in Thursday’s game, as well. The showing in Orlando along with his outstanding junior film makes Keys a legitimate challenger for the No. 1 wide receiver prospect in the 2026 cycle.”
