Georgia Amoore bucket brings out priceless Kim Mulkey face reaction
Kim Mulkey wasn’t enjoying Kentucky star Georgia Amoore‘s stunning first half quite as much as the fans in Memorial Coliseum. After Amoore threw a dime to Clara Silva in the corner to extend Kentucky’s lead, the broadcast zoomed in on the legendary LSU head coach, who was anything but excited.
It’s hard to blame her. Amoore was a nuisance to LSU’s first-half efforts. The senior standout tallied 12 points, three assists and two steals in the half, boasting a +/- of +12.
Georgia Amoore’s buckets weren’t quiet, either. The Virginia Tech transfer was a highlight factory, converting step-back bombs as if they were layups. Fueled by Amoore’s fantastic play, Kentucky took a 38-26 lead into halftime.
