Landon Dickerson injury update: Nick Sirianni gives latest on Pro Bowl guard
The Philadelphia Eagles ask Landon Dickerson to play center in the NFC Championship game, replacing an injured Cam Jurgens. But Dickerson got hurt himself, forcing Jurgens back into the game. Thankfully, there is an extra week before Philadelphia plays in the Super Bowl.
When asked on Tuesday, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni did not have an update on Dickerson. However, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer believes the guard should be good to go against Kansas City on Feb. 9. A big boost for the offensive line.
Potentially even bigger is an update provided on Jurgens. He will be ready to play after not getting the start against Washington.
“#Eagles HC Nick Sirianni had no update on LG Landon Dickerson (knee), but from what I understand, Dickerson expects to play in the Super Bowl,” McLane said via X. “C Cam Jurgens (back) said after the game that he will be ready for the Chiefs.”
