2027 QB Kharim Hughley ready to see Georgia once again
Gainesville (Ga.) 2027 quarterback Kharim Hughley is becoming a regular at Georgia. The rising junior will be back in Athens for the fourth time on Saturday for Georgia’s junior day event.
Hughley doesn’t hold an offer from Georgia as of now but he feels that could change. He also feels like the Bulldogs have a lot of love for him early on.
“The interest level has been very high,” Hughley told DawgsHQ. “I feel like it (the offer) is coming soon. They treat me like the top recruits when I go there… It feels good knowing that I am a priority. It motivates me to push myself harder.”

Hughley has been to games in Athens and has already been enamored with the atmosphere on Saturdays. Hughley has also taken note of the culture in Georgia’s locker room.
“The thing that stands out the most is the atmosphere and how welcoming the fans are,” Hughley told DawgsHQ. “On the way to down to the players’ lounge, they have a bunch of fans. The interactions between the players and the fans are natural. There’s no ‘you need to come here’, it is more of a ‘whatever decision you make it is what’s best for you and we can’t wait to support you in the future’. The connection between the players and the coaches is like family.”
Hughley will be in Athens on Saturday. He’s looking forward to another good experience in Athens.
“I’m just looking forward to reconnecting with the coaches and seeing them again and watching the basketball game, they got Auburn,” Hughley said.
