Alabama EDGE Jeremiah Alexander enters the NCAA Transfer Portal
Alabama EDGE Jeremiah Alexander has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal on Friday, according to On3’s Pete Nakos.
Alexander appeared in just four games this season as a backup inside linebacker for the Crimson Tide. In those four games, Alexander had one solo tackle and three assisted tackles. His one solo tackle came against South Carolina on October 12.
After redshirting his freshman season, Alexander made consistent appearances for Alabama in the 2023 campaign. Alexander began his redshirt freshman season at inside linebacker but quickly moved to the outside.
Alexander played high school football at Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson, where he was a five-star prospect. He was the No. 15 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
