Tempers flare in Kentucky vs. Louisville after Brandon Garrison foul

In the second half of Saturday’s rivalry game, tempers flared between Kentucky and Louisville. Brandon Garrison was called for a foul on Reyne Smith, and the two teams gathered in front of the UL bench before the referees reviewed the situation.

Garrison and Smith went for a loose ball, and Garrison ended up walking over him. As he tried to walk away, he got pushed from behind as Smith’s teammates tried to help him up, and it led to a scrum in front of the bench.

The officials went to the monitor, and referee Pat Adams announced the referees wouldn’t call any more fouls. Garrison received a common foul, and play continued.
