Penn State senior Tyler Warren is guaranteed to win the tight end honor. Ohio State’s Caleb Downs will likely take the defensive back of the year award honor, though Nittany Lions senior Jaylen Reed certainly has a case to make for it. The defensive linemen of the year honor will go to either Oregon’s Matayo Uiagalelei, Indiana’s Mikail Kamara, or the Lions’ Abdul Carter, who should be the favorite for it. The defensive player of the year honor is likely down to Downs and Carter, as well.

The Lions will have numerous All-Big Ten picks, as well. There are six teams, as the coaches pick three and the media does, too. Stay tuned to BWI for the latest throughout the day.
