ESPN report: Alabama to face Oklahoma in Norman in 2024

Bits and pieces of the 2024 SEC schedule are being reported, with most of the excitement revolving around who will play the new members, Texas and Oklahoma. Based on a new report, the Sooners will be welcoming one of the conference’s powerhouse members to Norman.
According to Chris Low of ESPN, Oklahoma will host Alabama during the 2024 season. Of course, no specific date has been given but head coach Brent Venables and Nick Saban are expected to face off at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in the Sooners’ inaugural SEC season.
Low was also able to confirm Red River rivals Texas would get another recent national champion out of the SEC, with Georgia coming to Austin.
“All 14 existing SEC schools will play either Oklahoma or Texas in 2024, with sources telling ESPN that Georgia will visit Texas and Alabama will travel to face Oklahoma,” Low said.
