3-star IOL Devin Brooks commits to Oregon Ducks

Clackamas (Ore.) three-star interior offensive lineman Devin Brooks announced his commitment to Oregon on Sunday. He chose the Ducks over USC, Oregon State and Washington among others.

Brooks is the No. 524 overall prospect and No. 38 interior offensive lineman in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 4 player in Oregon.

“The in-state star is seemingly down to Oregon and USC,” Justin Hopkins of Scoop Duck wrote on June 9. “That’s going to be a big battle as we get through June. Oregon has had Brooks on campus several times since the arrival of A’lique Terry. He’s been able to keep the Ducks in the game and I wouldn’t be surprised to see a Summer decision from Brooks.”

The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
