Fran McCaffery talks exhibition win

Fran McCaffery wanted to give him team a bit of a test on Friday night and Minnesota-Duluth did just that. The scrappy Bulldogs played hard and gave Iowa a good run in a 102-81 victory for the Hawkeyes at Caver-Hawkeye Arena.

Following the victory, Fran McCaffery spoke about the play of his veteran leaders, particularly Josh Dix, who scored 17 points after the halftime break. He also discussed the strong second half start, the uneven play of point guard Brock Harding, and more.
