The Dallas Cowboys have one of the most ravenous fan bases in all of football. Their fans can’t get enough and there are a lot of them. And Dallas always moves the needle in several different media formats. On Thursday Night Football against the New York Giants, the Cowboys once again proved just how popular they are.

The Amazon Prime broadcast etched its place in sports media history, as the Cowboys defeated the Giants 20-15. The game averaged 16.22 million viewers, an all-time high for Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime. It also means it’s the most streamed NFL regular season game in history. The game reeled in a peak audience of more than 18 million viewers on the broadcast for the second time in three weeks. It also hit many new all-time marks across critical demographics, according to a release tweeted out on Friday night from Albert Breer.
