David Njoku injury update: Update emerges on Cleveland Browns TE’s ankle injury
Following today’s opener against Dallas, Cleveland may now have a concern going into the start of their season with the status of David Njoku.
Per a report by Ian Rapoport, Njoku may have suffered a high ankle sprain against the Cowboys. The Browns’ tight end will undergo testing on Monday to confirm the injury and its severity.
“#Browns Pro Bowl TE David Njoku is feared to have suffered a high-ankle sprain in today’s loss to the #Cowboys, sources say,” wrote Rapoport on Twitter. “He’ll have tests on Monday to confirm.”
