Cade McNamara 100% headed into Iowa opener

Iowa fans have never really seen Cade McNamara 100% healthy in a Hawkeye uniform. Even after he arrived last year, he was still recovering into the spring and then shortly after practice started, he strained his quad at the Kids Day practice in August of 2023.

Then five games into last season, McNamara, while still nursing his quad injury, tore his ACL, ending his season. Now heading into the 2024 season, McNamara proclaimed on Tuesday that he will be 100% for the first time in an Iowa uniform. He talks about his health heading into week one of the season.
