Game times, windows announced for full 2023 ‘SEC on CBS’ schedule
The 2023 season will be the last for the SEC on CBS before the league moves exclusively to ESPN and ABC in 2024. Now, each game has a time slot, CBS announced Tuesday.
Here’s the full schedule, according to the announcement:
Sept. 16: South Carolina at Georgia, 3:30 p.m. ETSept. 23: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETSept. 30: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETOct. 7: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETOct. 14: SEC on CBS, Noon ET; SEC on CBS game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETOct. 21: Air Force at Navy, Noon ET; SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETOct. 28: Georgia at Florida, 3:30 p.m. ETNov. 4: SEC on CBS, 3:30 p.m. ET; SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 7:45 p.m. ETNov. 11: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETNov. 18: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETNov. 24: Missouri at Arkansas, 4 p.m. ETNov. 25: SEC on CBS Game of the Week, 3:30 p.m. ETDec. 2: SEC Championship, 4 p.m. ETDec. 9: Army vs. Navy, 3 p.m. ETDec. 29: Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl, 2 p.m. ET
The 2023 season will be the last of the SEC’s agreement with CBS. After the conference moves to ESPN and ABC, the network will begin carrying the Big Ten as part of that league’s landmark media rights deal orchestrated late last year. ESPN will lose the Big Ten, which will move to CBS, NBC and FOX.
