4-star 2025 safety Hylton Stubbs sets summer visits

Orange Park (Fla.) Mandarin 2025 four-star safety Hylton Stubbs is set to see a few major programs in the month of June.

Stubbs, the No. 65 overall prospect in the On3 Industry rankings, already holds 25 offers. He’s hitting the road to a few programs that haven’t extended offers as of now.

Stubbs’ first stop of the summer will be Clemson on May 31. The four-star will then make a short drive down to Athens to visit Georgia on June 1.

Neither of those programs has offered Stubbs as of now. Stubbs will make his way to Knoxville for a two-day visit to Tennessee beginning on June 2.

Texas A&M is the next program on the docket. Stubbs will visit the Aggies on June 7. The month will close out with in-state visits. Stubbs will visit Florida State on June 10 and Florida on June 21.

Stubbs’ older brother plays for Florida State. On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine has Florida as Stubbs’ early leader.

The Gators have a 46.3 percent chance of landing the four-star safety according to RPM.

Hylton Stubbs previews what he’s looking forward to on upcoming visits

Clemson: “They have shown interest but I don’t how much they like me. I’m going to go camp and see what coach (Dabo) Swinney is about.”

Georgia: “Georgia is one of the premier schools in the country so they are a school that all elite football players should consider.”

Tennessee: “Tennessee has recruited me the most. They have been there since the beginning. I visited last year also.”

Texas A&M: Texas A&M has shown some interest. They develop safeties pretty well. They had a safety who just got drafted to the Jaguars from there.”

Florida State: “FSU is one of my top schools. I would love to play with my brother Harold Stubbs IV. I’ve been to FSU a bunch of times and they have come to see me. I think I could go there and have an instant impact. I know the entire staff and we are continuing to build our relationship.

Florida: “Florida has also come to watch me practice. I think the staff there could make me a high NFL draft pick. They are also very close to home.”
