Georgia lands back-to-back pledges, who’s next to commit?

Sunday and Monday were good to Georgia on the recruiting trail. The Bulldogs landed four-star defensive backs Shamari Earls and Jaylan Morgan. Don’t forget 2024 offensive tackle Jahzare Jackson.
Georgia now sits at 19 commits in the Class of 2025. There’s more to come in the month of July. There are five names that pop up on the radar to potentially be the next names off the board.
4-star WR Travis Smith
Smith will announce his college commitment on Saturday. Georgia is deep in a battle with Tennessee to land the No. 59 overall prospect in the 2025 On3 Rankings. Alabama and Auburn are also contenders for Smith.
On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine favors Georgia at the moment. The Bulldogs have a 93.5 percent chance of landing the four-star wideout according to RPM.
4-star EDGE Bryce Davis
Georgia has been heavily involved in Davis’ recruitment for the last year. Davis is close with current Georgia defensive lineman Jamaal Jarrett.
The No. 69 overall prospect in the 2025 On3 Industry Rankings will announce his decision on July 20. The Bulldogs are battling Duke, Clemson and South Carolina to land the four-star edge.
RPM has Georgia leading with a 77.2 percent chance of landing Davis.
4-star OL Cortez Smith
Smith, an interior lineman, will announce his decision on July 20. That date has been set for some time. Georgia is locked in a battle with Miami, Georgia Tech and South Carolina to land the No. 151 overall prospect in the 2025 On3 Rankings.
Smith took an official visit to Georgia back on June 21. He also visited Miami, Georgia Tech and South Carolina.
RPM favors Georgia. The Bulldogs have a 93.7 percent chance of landing the four-star center prospect.
4-star LB Christian Gass
Gass will also announce his decision on July 20. The Bulldogs are in a battle with Tennessee and USC leading up to decision day.
Georgia was one of the first to offer alongside Tennessee and USC. The Bulldogs made a push with Gass as of late.
RPM favors Florida at the moment though the Gators are not in Gass’ top three.
5-star DL Justus Terry
Terry decommitted from USC last month. He quickly took an official visit to Alabama after having taken one to Athens.
The Bulldogs are battling multiple contenders to re-land the former pledge. Terry has been a priority for Georgia for a long time.
There is no timetable public for Terry. As the summer days wane and the high school season begins to come into focus more decisions will be made. Terry committed to Georgia before his junior season. He has missed a lot of the process, so expect him to take his time this time.
That call could be made at any point in the next few weeks or months.
RPM favors Georgia with a 96.8 percent chance of landing the five-star.
4-star safety Rashad Johnson
The four-star safety will announce his commitment on July 14. Johnson was set to commit back on July 1 but pushed his decision a few weeks.
Johnson took official visits to Georgia, Texas A&M, Louisville and Penn State.
RPM gives Georgia an 81.6 percent chance of landing the four-star.
