Dembele, Freeman bulk up for sophomore season

One of the lessons that many big men learn in their freshman year of college is that they need to get bigger and stronger in order to compete in the Big Ten. That message was received by Owen Freeman and Ladji Dembele. They both added at least 20 pounds of muscle to their frame in the out of season they can feel the results on the floor this summer.

Freeman and Dembele discuss the bulk up and how it has helped them and how they are focused on getting on the glass more aggressively this upcoming season.
