There was no shortage of top targets for Penn State in State College this past weekend for the Elite 11 Regional Camp. In addition to top quarterback targets like Ethan Grunkemeyer, Malik Washington and Blake Hebert, James Franklin and his staff hosted a few other rising 2025 prospects who came into town Saturday.
